From start to finish, everything was absolutely faultless. Ben and his amazing team hosted the biggest bottomless brunch we’ve ever been to 28 of us all together— and somehow, no one ever had an empty glass! The food just kept coming, and every dish was better than the last. The pizza was, of course, incredible, but as Ben already knows, I’m completely obsessed with the arancini, they’re simply out of this world. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, and the staff went above and beyond to make the celebration special. Everyone who came along said they’ll definitely be back again, and I couldn’t agree more. I visited The Pizza Yard for a bottomless brunch at 2 p.m. on a Saturday, and it was fantastic! The staff were incredibly accommodating when organising the booking, and just as friendly and personable on the day. There’s a great range of drinks, service is quick, and the food was absolutely delicious. We even had pizza to take home. By coincidence, I was back the next day for my dad’s birthday to try the family-style menu. Once again, the staff were lovely, the food was excellent, and they even brought out a brownie to celebrate. Hidden Gem 5* Very friendly staff. You can taste the passion in the food. Great little restaurant, the owner is very helpful and knowledgeable. Food was priced well for the ingredients they used. It tasted amazing, and the food came out promptly and was freshly cooked and piping hot. Easy to get to and the Styling of the Restaurant was nice without being over the top. We booked same day and had a table within the hour. This may change on weekends, but midweek availability was easy. Meet and Greet from Ben and his staff was warm, friendly and he was soon into the patter outlining the 'family share' brunch format, what food types and drink options. From sitting down the experience was FANTASTIC. Food quality, quantity and flow of drinks were totally agreed from all attending as best ever bottomless (and we have attended many across West Yorkshire) Don't delay, get booked in today. Thank you for your kind hospitality.Posted onVerified You'll not find better pizza in Wakefield A really good place to eat pizza, when it came I thought wow, there's a lot there I'll be taking some home in a doggy bag but I ate the lot. Cheesy dough balls are just perfect handfuls of flavour, the cheese dip is heavy on the garlic and parmesan and a great accompaniment. Only downside is it's small, probably only 30-35 covers, and they do take away at the same time with just one oven so delivery can be slow. I cannot even put into words how this experience went. 8 of us attended for the bottomless bunch and it was unbelievable. Every member of staff was super friendly and helpful. Every dish was cooked to perfection, and i mean PERFECTION. The steak was enough to make you want to write home to your gran. I truly feel like everyone needs to experience the bottomless brunch at pizza yard atleast once In their life!
